É is an interdisciplinary collective exploring the cooperation between nature and science through indigenous and innovative research.
Authenticity & Honesty, Aspiration & Determination, Receptiveness & Transparency, Care & Empathy, and most importantly, Sustainability & Ecological awareness guide our actions and strengthen both our personal connections and our responsibility to the world around us.
Our mission is to bring together artists, innovators, and community members, anybody who believes in unconventional solutions, mutual support, and cultural resilience. We work to confront the challenges of pollution, consumerism, and the pressures of modern systems by creating a collaborative space where people can unite, take action, and shape a more sustainable and culturally empowered future.
Our vision is to make Sustainability & Awareness genuinely fashionable & essential. We were born into an industrial culture where simply participating often feels inherently harmful to the environment, which raises important questions: Does it have to be this way? Is ethical consumerism even possible? How do we move beyond greenwashing?
As a collective, we explore unconventional approaches, often discovering they’re far more natural and intuitive than expected. We aim to question everything, from the way we live and breathe to the systems we’re told are necessary. And we want to inspire others to do the same, approaching this exploration with respect, curiosity, and a sense of radical love for ourselves, each other, and the planet.
This immersive sound installation weaves a complex web of threads, evoking the intricate design of a spider's web. Visitors are invited to traverse this maze, exercising their free will, only to discover that the threads extend across the space, leading to an unfinished carpet. The installation offers a personalized auditory journey, as each path taken and each thread encountered activates distinct soundscapes. The interplay of different threads triggers a symphony of experiences. Upon entering the web, visitors find themselves in a visually confining space that simulates entrapment. Yet, it is their very movements and gentlest touches that have the power to transform the narrative they are composing in real-time.
Tuffiti transforms discarded Armenian tuff into modular stone-concrete panels, giving construction waste a new life. Rooted in Armenia’s architectural heritage, the project combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design and circular thinking. Centuries ago, Armenians had already realized that tuff is a more durable building material than brick. It was later realised that this stone is also homogeneous, making it possible to obtain smooth and even rectangular blocks from it. No heavy machinery or modern equipment was needed to cut tuff; a simple ax and saw were sufficient to produce even blocks of stone. The City of the Sun The primary architectural differentiation of Yerevan is tuff. It is precisely because of its pink façade that Yerevan has been called the “Pink City”. The city is at its most colorful at sunrise and sunset, changing its hue throughout the day depending on the position of the sun. This was exactly Tamanyan's dream: to build a city of the sun.
